The GRATALOUP Museum selected for the innovative SolYmusées program: recognition and a major step forward for cultural inclusion
The GRATALOUP Museum, a contemporary art center located in Chevreuse, has the honor of announcing its selection among 18 museums and art centers in the Yvelines department to join the SolYmusées program.

An innovative program at the intersection of culture, well-being and inclusion
Led by the Yvelines department, under the presidency of Joséphine Kollmannsberger, Deputy Vice-President for Culture and Tourism, the SolYmusées program stands out for its ambition. It drives a profound change in terms of cultural inclusion and innovation by establishing a genuine global policy to welcome vulnerable audiences.

The strong points of SolYmusées:
Universal accessibility : making culture accessible to all, regardless of visitors’ physical, mental or social limitations.
Culture on prescription : integrating culture as a lever for well-being. Caregivers can now prescribe visits to partner museums, including the GRATALOUP Museum, to promote mental and psychological health.
Collaborative network : bringing together 18 cultural establishments to create a territorial dynamic around well-being and autonomy.
One step closer to a culture accessible to all
For the GRATALOUP Museum, this distinction reflects its ongoing commitment to making contemporary art accessible to all audiences, while providing an enriching and educational experience. As a partner of the SolYmusées program, the museum will strengthen its initiatives to welcome diverse audiences in a suitable and inspiring setting.
We warmly thank the jury and the Yvelines department for their trust and support in this major project.
Do not hesitate to visit us and discover why contemporary art can be a powerful vector of emotions and transformations, for everyone and by everyone!
