Harmony
It is a tree from our gardens. Nothing exotic, a simple apple tree. A tree without any particular story, very ordinary among the cultivated species of our orchards.
And yet, here, it is clothed in gold. It bears no visible fruit.
It tells neither a harvest nor an agricultural cycle. The "Marriage Apple Tree" is a ceremonial tree.
Its foliage is crossed by an inner light that radiates like a silent commitment. The gold is not that of wealth. It is that of an alliance that belongs only to itself. A marriage without witness or partner, an inner pact made with life when one perceives its light.

Harmony
In this painting, you see a very simple tree. It is an apple tree, like those found in gardens.
It bears no apples. It is covered in gold. It is not a tree for harvesting, it is a tree for an important moment.
This painting is called "Marriage Apple Tree". But this marriage is not between two people. There is only one apple tree. It is a marriage with oneself. With what is there, without noise, without promises made in front of others. It is a moment when everything is in its place. And light passes through the tree as if something inside were saying a great yes to life.
