THE ASSOCIATION
LES AMIS DU MUSÉE GRATALOUP
Founded on October 24, 2020, at the initiative of Milena Cheynet de Beaupré and Anne André, Les Amis du Musée GRATALOUP is a nonprofit association governed by the French Law of 1901. It was created to lead the Musée GRATALOUP project and help raise the profile of the artist’s work.
Through the association’s efforts, the first museum devoted to GRATALOUP opened in 2022 at the Prieuré Saint-Saturnin in Chevreuse.
Since the Museum opened, the association has overseen its operation and development. It designs and organizes exhibitions, develops educational and outreach programs, holds events, and works to make contemporary art accessible to the widest possible audience.
Its work serves the public interest and is secular, politically neutral, and nonprofit, based on democratic and transparent governance and management free from private gain.

Support the Association
Since its founding, the association has been able to expand its activities thanks to the commitment of its members, donors, patrons, and contributors.
Their support helps fund the Museum’s operations and, more broadly, contributes to the preservation, understanding, and recognition of GRATALOUP’s work.
Donations made to the association may qualify for a tax reduction under current French legislation. A tax receipt is issued for eligible donations.
