The matrix of worlds
What becomes of the world when it no longer allows itself to be recognised? No more lake, no more mountain, no more sky. Gold has covered everything, erasing the limits of an over-written narrative.
We are in the matrix of the world, in its densest core before any appearance. Reality, as we know it, has ceased to be visible to our eyes. It remains, condensed within matter, like a luminous spark where forms are not yet separated.
And perhaps the end is here, where everything began, in the golden light of the matrix of worlds.

The mother of worlds
This painting is the mother of worlds. Before trees, before animals, before humans. We can hardly recognise anything. There is no longer any sky, no earth, no landscape. Everything is covered in gold.
The world is still preparing itself. We are at the beginning of the world, in a very ancient place where everything already exists, but where nothing has yet been born. All forms are sleeping. Worlds are waiting.
Sometimes, before things appear, there is a moment of silence. A moment when everything is possible. And perhaps, when things disappear, they return to the beginning, to where they were sleeping in the mother of worlds.
