I am considered a new symbolist. Nevertheless, all my canvases are created from very real motifs, like this painting of surfboards in Lacanau. But something happens. The motif serves as a support to unveil a different landscape, one that speaks to the heart and emotions. It's as if there's a double bottom in the canvases, the possibility of another image, invisible, hidden. A somewhat secret image, made of shapes and colors, and that the visitor understands as a universal language. They receive it without really noticing, and sometimes, it speaks to them... Just as it happens for me when I create a canvas.

Not long ago, we had the Olympic Games, and there was a lot of talk about sports. We do sports with our bodies. And a body is born, it lives, and it dies. I wanted to show that in my painting. I made some paintings and put secret images in them to explain how a body moves and lives. But shh, I'll explain everything to you...everything to you...
