Between earth and sky
It is a story of trees. Extraordinary trees, unknown in our lands.
The blue dragon tree rises out of matter. It protects itself with a silver garland. Its crown of pale leaves pierces the starry sky. The colour of knowledge, it launches itself between the galaxies, eager to explore life.
In this senseless quest, the tree has changed. It has become golden. The golden dragon tree is more tormented. The spirit of the tree has flown away. The genius that accompanied it has abandoned it. For the first time, since the beginning of the world, it is alone. Alone, with its crown of gold, so precious and so fragile, facing immensity.
Brothers of destiny, the dragon trees dominate nothing. Planted among the stars, they search for a place, between earth and sky.

Between earth and sky
In this painting, you can see a strange tree. It is not like other trees. It is called a dragon tree.
Its roots are hidden in the earth, and its foliage rises very high, almost up to the stars.
In one painting, the dragon tree is blue. It looks curious, ready to explore the universe. In the other, it becomes golden. Above it, a small silhouette flies away. It is the genius that protected it which has gone. Then the golden dragon tree remains alone among the stars.
The dragon trees show us that living means changing. It means moving forward. And sometimes it also means continuing alone, without knowing exactly where we are going.
