When the forces of nature rally against humans, the danger’s lightning flashes through the red sky. On the mountain, the colors have disappeared, giving way to the white of 'hopelessness,' the gray and black of obstacles, with some blue patches to evoke the blues and sorrow. The rocks are slashed by a deep black crevice from which the small rope team of men seems to emerge. Despite the fury of the elements, they stick together, planting their ice axes in the rock, determined to forge a path. The summit of the mountain is invisible, and the horizon is uncertain. We can only salute the relevance of this canvas and the artist's foresight in painting an allegory of humanity destined to help each other to survive.
When nature gets angry, the sky turns all red with lightning. The mountain loses its colors and becomes gray and black, with a bit of blue to show sadness. You can see a small group of people trying to climb together. Even though the storm is strong and the top is hidden, they don't give up, and they support each other. This shows us that even when everything seems hard, being together and helping each other gives us the strength to move forward.
