From Saturday, April 4th until the end of December 2026, the GRATALOUP Museum in Chevreuse presents the exhibition Between Worlds , a contemporary art exhibition bringing together the works of the painter GRATALOUP and the photographer Antoine POUPEL .
This exhibition offers a unique immersive experience, at the crossroads of painting and photography, where the boundaries between reality and imagination disappear.
An exhibition to discover in 2026 in Île-de-France , in the heart of the Chevreuse Valley .
GRATALOUP and Antoine POUPEL : an unprecedented artistic dialogue
A major figure in contemporary painting , GRATALOUP develops a unique body of work, outside of traditional currents, where light and matter open up powerful interior spaces.
Alongside him, Antoine POUPEL explores photography as a field of experimentation: superimpositions, blurs, transformations of reality… His images become apparitions, far from any documentary approach.
Their encounter gives rise to an intense artistic dialogue around the same question: what happens in this invisible space, between worlds?

Each work, whether by GRATALOUP or Antoine POUPEL, is accompanied by a podcast allowing you to enter into the artists' approach and deepen your perspective.

Finally, a sound and light show, dedicated exclusively to the world of GRATALOUP , extends the experience by offering a visual and sound immersion in his work.
